David is instrumental in all of Barron Collier Companies’ and Peninsula Engineering’s land development projects across Florida and in new emerging markets. His experience includes the notable project of Ave Maria, Florida, one of the nation’s fastest growing master planned communities as well as the Ave Maria Utility Company. He is a graduate of both Leadership Florida and Leadership Collier and serves on the Florida Transportation Commission as well as the Collier County Housing Authority. David holds his Professional Engineer license and Master of Business Administration.

Nick Casalanguida Senior Vice President of Development
Nick has over 30 years of land development experience and most recently served as Collier County’s Deputy County Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Hodges University and is a Certified Public Manager through Florida State University’s Center for Public Management. Nick is a graduate of Leadership Collier and served as a Director on the board of the Greater Naples Chamber Leadership Collier Foundation.

Jaime has been involved in underwriting and investing in mixed-use, office, retail, self-storage, industrial, single-family and multi-family residential projects since 2006. He has extensive experience in financial projections, asset valuation, and reporting. Jaime is a graduate of Associate Leadership Collier, Leadership Collier, and CONNECT Leadership Florida. He is also an executive committee member of the ULI Florida Multi-Family Development Council.

A native Neapolitan, Cee Cee has been a part of Barron Collier Companies since 2006 with responsibilities in leasing and development for all of BCC’s commercial properties as well as overseeing commercial development in the master planned community, Ave Maria, Florida. She is a member of Leadership Florida and Leadership Collier and serves on the Greater Naples Chamber Board of Directors. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration.

Kelly has been in the property management sector since 2004. Her management experience ranges from high-end residential to Class A Commercial. In addition to a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager, she is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Donna joined Barron Collier Companies in 2017 and is an integral part of the company overseeing the Welcome Center and property management in the master planned community of Ave Maria, Florida. She supervises more than 30 commercial tenants assisting with various needs including maintenance, improvements, special events, and billing.
