Naples, FL, — May 13, 2025 — Barron Collier Companies has announced Winchester Center retail center at Immokalee Road and Orange Tree Boulevard in Naples is fully leased after finalizing lease agreements with That NY Bagel Place and Family Foot and Leg Center. Winchester Center will include the following tenants:

- Cold Stone Creamery

- Family Foot and Leg Center
- Orangetree Hibachi & Sushi
- Marutos Cuban Café and Bakery
The project plans to open in the third quarter of 2025 and is anchored by a 22,650 sq. ft. Sunshine Ace Hardware store. Additional planned developments at Winchester Center include McDonald’s, a three-story, temperature controlled self-storage facility, and a two-story NCH medical office facility that will include an immediate care center and physician offices. Additionally, the non-profit Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida has secured $1.75 million in state funding to build a 19,967 square foot facility that will offer pediatric, adult and senior care, obstetrics and gynecology services, dental care, X-ray and lab services, counseling as well as a drive thru pharmacy for underserved communities.

Upon completion, Winchester Center will span 21-acres and 41,836 square feet of commercial space in the retail center. It is strategically positioned in one of the fastest growing regions in Southwest Florida, with expected residential and commercial growth over the next 10-15 years.
Winchester Center is part of a collaboration between Metro Commercial Real Estate and Barron Collier Companies. The two organizations have teamed up to develop retail and mixed-use centers in the Southeast United States. Their first joint venture, Founders Square at Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard, spans over 100,000 square feet of commercial and is 100% leased. Tenants at Founders Square include a mix of retail and restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Oar & Iron, Tacos & Tequila, as well as a 7-Eleven and Kelly’s Roast Beef. Winchester Center marks the second collaboration between the two firms in Collier County.
